The development of the theory that museology related, has always been biased towards the discussions of the practice of museum, the institution building and the collection management, and also the aesthetic value and social value as a work of art itself. Especially in the pragmatic world of Western Europe and North American museums, since the cultures of museum have relatively developed maturely, reflections on the nature of the museum community has been deeply contained by the tradition of how people use their cultural materials. Since the institution of the museum created a "museum" of the institutions themselves, with their separation makes traditional museum culture and the type represented by the increasingly rigid and out of tune with contemporary cultural life. Most of our museums are experiencing the crisis in all aspects of finance, vocational education, social influence and cultural capacity in varying degrees.This article is based on the point of view, "the functions of museum as social relationship-building and implementation ". Our discussions of the museum as a public body creates the necessity of cultural and social functions are intended to transfer the museum institutions from relying on political influence and cultural authority of the discourse of power to the constructive production occurred after the museum phenomenon. This truly benefits all humanity the balance of mutual understanding of cultural agent and cultural development of the activator is a reasonable mode of existence of the museum; also an important analogy is of the museum's visitors, they are in this society, the cultural security system cannot miss its real subject, the museum is just intended to help museum visitors experience a beneficial integration of their past experiences and to help them overcome difficulties and obstacles that they may experience in the future, a real sense to use the experience of participating on the "communication" of transcendent senses."Aesthetics of Communication "as a core concept proposed in this context, is intended to describe the realization of value which should be experienced by the visitors when they visit any museum. Stransky, the Czech museologist who has made a concept "Musealitat" of this, is intended to help people understand the museum institutions can not cover the "museum phenomenon" of all. The only purpose of the emergence of museum is to achieve the " Musealitat".The emergent phase of museum experienced a revolution in the political system and economic structure adjustment, which created its different forms, and each of these forms had a different legal attainment from one another, but they must adhere to the provision of the museum which shows the existence of a certain type, so it may be as a museum to survive. This article begins with the description of a former museum period of "collection behavior", will give a re-interpretation of cultural motives of museums.In this article, is also a discussion of a series of active and controversial cultural phenomenon in context of the possible forms of the functions of museum. Through the point of view that the museum visitors to be supposed to experience managing meaning in order to be inspired and upgraded, but not like the past, have always been controlled by the knowledge itself, to reveal the realization of the process of the museum social functions, and prompts any of these achieved functions never to has a specific form fixed and unchanging. And thus to demonstrate the modern museum from concept to the entity's a biological diversity and also the possible forms of future museums.
