TTC (Tracking, Telemetry and Communication) network is a dedicated wide area network, it provides the communication service supports required by space experimentation missions. This network is now in the critical period of the transition from existing point-to-point communication to the TCP/IP network communication, and its operation mode is changing accordingly from the current task mode to the continuous operation mode. Thus, there is an urgent demand of the research and application of network management system. However, there is little theoretic and engineering experience we can directly refer to or leverage. With this as the background, this paper presents the study of network management system architecture and the solution of key technical issues.With the detailed analysis of the actual demands of TTC network management system, this paper fully proves the necessity and feasibility of establishing the network management system, enumerates the mainstream of advanced network management technologies, and proposes the architectural framework of TTC network management system, which fully satisfies the requirements, and provides a detailed and realistic implementation methods.Based on this framework, the paper focuses on the design of the information model and relevant interfaces, proposes the implementation method of information model, specifies the MIB variables definition rules and reference standards, defines the interface level of the managed devices, furthermore it takes IP voice command system as an example to explain the information model and interface in details. In order to further prove the correctness of the information model and interface design, this paper designs and develops a common network management agent software and a test software, which are applied to IP voice command system, and carries out a thorough and comprehensive test of it, draws some valuable experiment results.In the future, with the change of the requirements of the TTC network management, the change of network to support the communications service, as well as the development of network management technologies, the architecture and implementation of TTC network management system will change and move forward accordingly, we will continue the research as well.
