| In the development process of modern enterprise, MIS become more and more important in the business management. ERP system and workflow management system are two types of MIS which are implemented by most enterprises. Most businesses rely on those two information systems, so businesses are greatly improved and become more efficient than the old manual. However, the data between systems is relatively independent each other, and generate a lot of redundant data. As businesses become more complex, the issues are more outstanding. Therefore, how to integrate workflow system and the ERP system, and how to maintain the flexibility of management information systems becomes a serious problem for many enterprises.After reading lots of references at home and abroad, to solve the above problems from business reuse and the flexibility point of view, this paper introduces the SOA architecture which is called the most advanced architecture, to achieve the goal of enterprise data integrations. SOA emphasizes flexibility, reuse and loose coupling, focusing on standardization of interfaces and their descriptions for enterprise application integration is a very good architecture.Combined with the work in Raisecom as an internship, I study on the theory of system integration, SOA architecture, analysis and design based on SOA, and Web Service technology. On this basis, I take Raisecom as a Case that is about workflow system and ERP system integration. The use of SOA thinking to system integration practice, so that the integrated workflow system and the ERP systems can share data, exchange, collaborative management, which greatly enhance business efficiency.SOA as a hot research topic at present has always been at the research stage. As computer technology, in particular, Web Service technology development, only gradually be applied to practice. In this paper, there are two research significances, one is to solve practical problems, to help enterprises solve the "information isolated island" problem; second, the whole research process on the system integration based on SOA for the future research and application also has some guidance. |
