Agricultural land environment is of direct and significant importance to quality and safety of agricultural products. In recent years, the soil, air and water was contaminated so badly that the problems of quality and safety often occured. So doing a good management for argricultural products is the protection of quality. Analyzing the environmental quality of agriculture, classificating and evaluating natural productivity and environmental conditions, is the basis forformulating the relevant policies of agricultural land and land planning, at the same time, it not only can mine the production potential of the land fully, but improve the utilization of the land.High-risk farmland is the main potential risk areas of agriculture products in Jiangsu Province, which includes highway surroundings, rural-urban fringe areas, chemical industry park and geology-anomalous areas. The system realized the assessment of origin suitability in allusion to the four areas. Because there is agricultural produce environmental assessment of space wide distribution, professional skill, huge, etc, so it calls for an efficient means to manage, analyze, share the origin of environmental monitoring data and evaluate the environment quality.The author analyzes the main implementation technologies and trends of WebGIS, uses ArcGIS Server as the solution to realization of WebIGIS in the system, studies the architecture, operating mechanism of ArcGIS Server as well as spatial analysis of ArcGIS, focuses on development methods of ArcGIS Server JavaScript API, and realizes the assessment of high-risk origin suitability based on ArcGIS Server. Based on completing the overall struture of the system, designing the spatial databases and suitability analysis models of security information system of high-risk farmland in Jiangsu province, the suitability analysis system of high-risk farmland in Jiangsu is achieved. Through the system above, users can operate the maps basically, query the maps and properties of monitoring information interactively and analyze the suitability of high-risk agricultural land, which can offer basic farmland protection for the production safety of agricultural products in Jiangsu province.
