Agro ecological environment, the fundamental prerequisite of the existence and development of agriculture, is material base of human survival and social development. With the rapid economic development, the exploitation of resources and energy consumption become more serious, the rapid population increase increased the demand for ecological production.In order to solve the problem ultimately and so we can distribute the agricultural production layout more reasonably, scholars abroad had done a lot of studies in the agricultural environment, but most of the studies were based on unilateral study of the single factor, such as accumulated temperature, precipitation, vegetation or soil and so on. As far as we know, the growth of crops is closely related with many environmental factors which must be collocated reasonability to increase crop yield. Traditional study methods were not only single, but also out of fashion. So many studies showed fixed features more than dynamic monitoring features.Jilin province is located in the central area of Northeast of China; Jilin province playing a decisive position in Chinese agriculture is an important grain base. It has undertaken the task of ensuring the national food security for years and made a contribution to ensure the national food safety. The grain output of Jilin province is at the top of China. Based on its important role on the Chinese agriculture and the significant position of grain production in China, Jilin province's agro-ecological environment suitable problem is worse to study.This paper devotes to abandon the shortcomings of the traditional study, and sets up comprehensive and dynamic agricultural environment suitability study methods. This paper takes Jilin Province as its study area, and selects three main factors affecting the ecological environment which is accumulated temperature, precipitation and soil fertility, and puts the data that have acquired for 41 years into the database as the underlying data, referring to the traditional study used accumulated, precipitation and soil fertility factors works on the agro-ecological environment standards of Jilin province, then establishes a form suitable evaluation model and establishes a fuzzy evaluation mode by the weighted analysis according to fuzzy mathematics theory. Visual C # is the development language and ArcEngine 9.3 is the second development platform, I design and realize the ecological environment suitability evaluation function by calling Geoprocessing tools from ArcEngine 9.3.Getting the spatial distribution information of Agro-ecological suitability of Jilin province by this module.Comparing with the traditional suitability study method, the system evaluation module can modify the suitability classified model according to the need, and can get results more quickly, so it can support for decision-making timely.
