| Vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis is one of the important methods for the safety of turbine-generator. Using embedded technique based on Windows CE and Visual Studio 2005 C#, a software system of handheld instrument is developed, which is used to monitor and analysis vibration. With the hardware platform of new handheld vibration analyzer and rotating speed measurement based on ARM, the multi-function software system is presented, which has a lot of functions such as real-time data-acquisition of double channel signals, wave display, spectrum analysis, trend analysis, data management and speed measurement. The system is reasonable in design, simple and convenient in operation, and has beautiful interface, clear display and analysis, and good function-expansibility for further development. |
