With the improvement of product reliability,vibration test is widely used.As an important equipment of reliability test,it is necessary to monitor the state of vibration table to ensure the normal test.At present,most of the power supply monitoring systems of vibration table use PLC control box as the monitoring unit,which has high equipment cost,large power consumption,low integration,human-computer interaction deviation;in addition,the management of data depends on PC.In view of the above shortcomings,this thesis adopts the embedded Linux system based on ARM platform,under the QT system software development environment,designs a kind of monitoring system software which can not only realize the real-time monitoring and management of the power operation data of the vibration table,but also control its operation,to meet the needs of industrial field application;and on this basis,develops the remote monitoring software to realize the remote monitoring function.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:First of all,based on the analysis of the current situation of the research on the monitoring system of shaking table at home and abroad,and combined with the actual needs,this thesis gives the solution of the power monitoring system of shaking table based on ARM,designs the overall architecture of the monitoring system software,and designs and realizes the interface and general functions of the local and remote monitoring software.Secondly,the local monitoring software is developed according to the design scheme.The idea of modularization is adopted in the design of local monitoring software,which includes function design,software programming and comprehensive optimization.The data communication module mainly completes the data transmission through the development of GPIO and CAN communication;the data processing module uses the multithreaded data processing method to improve the execution efficiency of the program,uses the Kalman filter algorithm and calibration method to solve the noise interference and accuracy problems in the data collection process;in the data storage process,uses the data compression method to solve the problem of large data storage;finally,the running environment of the local monitoring software is optimized by cutting the kernel.Thirdly,the remote monitoring software is designed on the basis of local monitoring software.The design of remote monitoring software mainly completes the development of remote monitoring module,the formulation and implementation of application layer protocol,and the synchronization of file system data.Among them,TCP and UDP communication are used to improve the efficiency of data transmission;multi-port communication mechanism is used to achieve different types of data classified transmission.Finally,the test platform is built in the laboratory environment,and the communication function test and the main function test of the monitor system are carried out,and the performance test is carried out at the scene.The results show that the interface of the monitoring system is well displayed,the communication function is normal,the operation is stable,and the functions of power supply operation control,data monitoring and management,and remote monitoring can be realized,which has reached the initial design requirements.In this thesis,core configuration and cutting,data exchange and storage,multithreading application,digital filtering and other technologies are used,combined with QT visualization system software development,to realize the monitoring system of power supply of vibration table.The design effectively improves the integration of the monitoring system,human-computer interaction,improves the digital level of the power supply monitoring of the vibration table,and meets the application requirements of the actual project.
