University Library is the platform for education and scientific research.whether the actual results to meet user's needs, is decided the exchange and the communication between the user and the library, this involves the user relations. Although the university library has made endeavor in the user relations aspect, introduces customer relations management in the library domain, however in the implementation from now on, will not know the ideal effect. The reason is the university library did not have a set of science reasonable evaluation criteria, For that reason, This article will research the validity evaluation of user relationship management in university librariesThis article has profited from the domestic and foreign customer relations management appraisal experience, the customer relations management take the "customer-centered" the idea applies in the university library user relations management validity evaluation study.This article in manages in the related research which to the customer relations and appraises, union university library own situation, in the reference related literature's foundation, unifies myself research and the understanding to the university library user relations management, primary election leaves 19 targets to carry on the appraisal to the university library user relations management validity.Through the expert investigation method, using the analysis of membership degree, constructs take the user knowledge, the user interaction, the user responds and the user value realizes as the first-level target and 16 second-level target composition university library user relations management validity evaluation system, and the application analytic hierarchy process definite target weight, gives the grading basis, forms the evaluation system which finally practical may operate.This article elect the target manifests in the user knowledge, the user interaction, the user responds and the user value realizes four aspects, the university library may discovers the insufficiency which from these four aspects, has well to the university library user service aspect. But the text also has the urgently needed to consummate, that is carries on this appraisal system apply in the university library, further consummates the evaluation system.
