Design And Implementation Of The Software Of Network Monitoring Card In Industrial Devices Monitoring System

With the rapid development of technology, the development trend of control system for industrial plant has evolved from traditional centralized control to network control. The critical problem of this transition is to provide network service for the control system. In most of existing industrial device control systems, the traditional site monitoring method is still adopted. In such a case, it is very difficult to centralized process the distributed data effectively and united monitor the distributed devices effectively.The background of this thesis is an enterprise project—remote monitoring system for industrial device. The main content is about the subproject, the software system of network monitoring card, which is designed for providing the network services for the site monitoring system and realizing remote monitoring effectively. Based on the analysis of function demand and design framework of the system, author design and implement the service module and the monitoring interface module. In the former, some sub-modules, such as SNMP agent, TCP/IP communication, WEB service and EMAIL service, are designed and implemented for effectively providing the network services for the remote monitoring. In the latter, some sub-modules, such as main entry, databus, thread management, share management and configure management, are designed and implemented for ensuring the efficiency of the communication between the system and the remote devices and the correctness of the remote data processing. Assisted by the site monitoring system, the function test shows that the feasibility and validity of the software system of network monitoring card meets the designing requirements.
