Design And Implementation Of Web-based Attendance System

With the development of information technology and Internet, applying advanced management information systems and software development platform for scientific information and network management, has become a trend to company office automation. According to the office automation requirements of the company, this thesis develops a"Web-based Attendance System"for resolving the low office productivity, cumbersome process and other issues.Based on the analysis of the overall business requirements and the system characteristics, the thesis uses web-based object-oriented technology and modular design methods to design and realize the"Web-based Attendance System", which applied B/S three-tier architecture design concepts and software engineering methods. The system realizes the role and authority of management, including basic management information and search and export functions. The basic management contains system maintenance notice and leave type, approval process for vetting and approving applications of leave and overtime. The system meets the needs of company's management by testing, and it can improve office efficiency, save expenses and realize the paperless office for leave process.
