Design And Implementation Of Laboratory Automatic Attendance And Management System Based On WiFi

Attendance management is an important part of college education management,which is a precondition for ensuring normal teaching activities.Currently,the mainstream electronic name methods include fingerprint recognition,face recognition,IC card/RFID card,and bluetooth attendance.However,these attendance methods have many shortcomings,such as higher costs,failure to solve the problem of signing,reliability and stability and so on.Fail to meet the realistic requirements of colleges and universities in attendance and management.With the development of computer technology and Internet technology,it becomes more and more necessary to realize the automation of laboratory attendance.The use of mobile phones to connect WIFI attendance can be described as a one-button operation,which prevents the generation of check-in and has high accuracy of check-in.It can not only help teachers count student attendance data,but also enable students to submit experimental reports online after making an appointment for the experiment and correct the rating by the teacher.According to the actual needs of the laboratory teaching management work,this paper has carried on the detailed design and modular division of labor,lab attendance management system provides students with an online platform,laboratory administrators,teachers and students can login website,make an appointment for the experiment,preview the experiment content in advance,and focus on the design and implementation of the laboratory attendance and management system in the paper.Compared with the disadvantages and shortcomings of the traditional check-in methods,the automatic scoring management system based on WiFi check-in can be efficient and convenient for statistical attendance and grading.this paper has done the following work:1.Review relevant data,analyze the development status of the laboratory attendance management system,and analyze system requirements.2.Identify the software and technologies needed for system development and get a thorough understanding.3.Determine the overall functional diagram of the system.According to the system requirements,design attendance and experimental course management systems,and complete the interaction with the database SQLserver.4.System functions are gradually implemented and tested.After the completion of the laboratory attendance and management system based on WiFi,the test basically meets user needs,with simple operation and comprehensive function.
