With the high-frequency and high-gain development of electronic equipment, the electrical properties have been increasingly great impacted by the properties of mechanical structure. In order to evaluate the different influence degree of different mechanical structure factors on the electrical properties and enhance the manufacturability of electronic equipment, comprehensive evaluation of electromechanical integration has been analyzed and researched in this thesis. And then it was designed and created based on Microsoft Visual Studio.From the application of electronic equipment, we analyzed the existing comprehensive evaluation, such as Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) based subjective evaluation and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) based objective evaluation. Comprehensive enabling algorithm that was integrated the advantages of subjective and objective methods had been proposed in this thesis. It can generate more useful results. According to the multi-choice problem in electronic equipment, we proposed a cost analysis method based on the results of comprehensive evaluation.In order to develop full-featured and user-friendly comprehensive evaluation system, the overall design and main design ideas of this system was proposed in the thesis. Focusing on the problem of massive data and tedious evaluation in the process of comprehensive evaluation and based on the idea of object-oriented. The system will unified management documents which included by each solution, it solved the problem of object data management. Convenient man-machine is emphasized in the system design. Traditional index system is not intuitive, so the interactive graphical is used for creating index system in here. In addition, the overall design also included the system structure and function modules.Finally, we summarized detail design of the system and the process of software development. Then the implementation of system function has been introduced, the development difficulties encountered in the development process has been especially described in the thesis. A typical example of electronic equipment was used for presenting the application and result of comprehensive evaluation system.
