Research On The Evaluation Of Digital Management Of Enterprise Equipment Assets

The strengths and weaknesses of digital management of enterprise equipment assets are inseparable from the core competitiveness of the enterprise and are of great significance to promote the smooth and healthy development of the enterprise.However,at present,enterprises have not yet formed a systematic and comprehensive evaluation system for their own equipment asset digital management,and it is difficult to find their own problems and put forward effective suggestions for improvement and optimization.In order to make a scientific evaluation of the digital management of enterprise equipment assets,we are committed to helping enterprises identify shortcomings,optimize their digital management strategies,and improve their competitiveness.This study discusses and analyzes the specific issues of identification of evaluation indicators,evaluation model construction,and empirical analysis for the digital management of enterprise equipment assets.This study is based on the theory of full lifecycle and digital management,with enterprise equipment assets as the research object.Based on existing theories and achievements,preliminary identification of evaluation indicators for digital management of enterprise equipment assets is carried out through literature research method;Further apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method to determine the subjective and objective weights of evaluation indicators,and then combine them with the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to obtain an evaluation model for digital management of enterprise equipment assets;Finally,an empirical analysis was conducted using S Company as a case study,and 10 equipment asset management personnel from S Company were invited for evaluation and scoring.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results were analyzed,and targeted strategies for improving digital management of enterprise equipment assets were proposed.Based on the above research,the following conclusions are drawn: firstly,risk assessment indicators are essential evaluation indicators in the digital management of enterprise equipment assets,and should be given special attention in future research;Secondly,the digital management evaluation model for enterprise equipment assets constructed in this study can effectively evaluate an evaluation system with a clear hierarchy of indicators and a large number of indicators,and ensure the systematic and effective evaluation research;Thirdly,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results of various indicators obtained from empirical analysis of S enterprise,an improvement strategy for digital management of enterprise equipment assets is ultimately proposed.This study expands and complements the evaluation of digital management of enterprise equipment assets and provides a new approach to the theoretical inquiry of digital management of enterprise equipment assets from the perspective of whole life cycle management.In practice,the research results can provide theoretical guidance for the scientific management of enterprise equipment assets,and provide a decisionmaking basis for enterprises to fine-tune the management of equipment assets and improve the quality of equipment asset management.
