An Explorative Analysis Of Integration Management On Archives Information Resources

Although our country is rich in archives information resources, the utilization rate is low due to the dispersive management. At the same time, the development of information technology and electronic documents are also challenging the traditional archives management model.How to adapt the need of the quick developing information society and improve the current situation of low utilization rate of archives resources is a new subject for exploration. Integration of archives information resources is not only one of the archives management model reform contents, but also a process of archives resources construction and management.Based on the practice of the reform of the archives management model in He county, Anhui province, this paper gives the analyzing and exploration on the integration management of archives information resources. I expect this paper will raise more attention and more scholars to research on the archives management models improvements.
