With computer technology, Internet/Intranet technology continues to evolve, architecture based on B/S (Browser/Server) multi-tier has become the main application method of water supply systems in SCADA software. In recent years, with the increasing for water supply system monitoring node, water supply control and management of growing, the demand for B/S mode SCADA software put forward higher requirements. Against this background, this paper analyzes the current development status and problems of water supply systems, take full advantage of the present the latest relevant technologies, design and development a new framework for the system based on B/S model of the water supply system SCADA software.Firstly, in this paper, the system architecture was introduced, and then introduced the system platform, operating environment and development environment. The detailed design of the system, this paper focuses on three major frameworks Struts2, Spring, Hibernate integration and implementation, then introduced the system implementations of each functional module has been described.Secondly, for the system design used by several key technologies, this paper conducted a more in-depth research. System uses Hibernate for data persistence layer to solve the large volume of data dealing with performance issues, using AJAX technology to improve the user experience and speed up server response speed, using Open Flash Chart to solve real-time data chart display problems.Finally, in the system security strategy, these paper using SSL technologies to protect the data in the critical in an insecure network secure transmission. For some confidential data, this paper using user rights management system, user authentication and system authentication mechanisms to improve data confidentiality.This paper study and design the SCADA software of water supply system has improved the traditional three-tier architecture of the early water supply system. Using a new frame system, making the system openness, extensibility and reusability have greatly improved. In the system functions, not only to achieve real-time on-site data monitoring function, it also provides a rich of data reports show. System also provides interfaces for other related systems to facilitate the expansion of system functions. In addition, the entire system uses a sound security policy to ensure system security and reliability.
