Abstract/Summary:
With the development of computer science, automation and network technology, the scale of SCADA System in water supply and drainage station becomes larger and larger, resulting in difficultly of device management, diversity of device driver, and the high coupling of the system. At the same time, service requirements in water station get more and more complex. The water station need to provide multi-data interfaces and access control function, support production information management and complex queries for historical information, and so on.It makes the traditional SCADA system cannot satisfy the demand of comprehensive monitoring and complex service logic.This paper put forward an improved model, which specific the interaction between field equipment and data acquisition system, reduces coupling of the system, and provides Web-based data query and management services. Besides, it realizes a session share mechanism among heterogeneous system.This paper focuses on the research of remote monitoring system, in order to meet the needs of the complex service logic. It can conclude as below:1) Put forward a solution for SCADA system based on OPC standard, which gets a lower coupling between device and application. It makes the developers focus on the application logic instead of device drivers. This paper realized the real-time data acquisition between the OPC clients and servers by using Java language.2) This paper designs a set of real-time monitoring and alarm processing system and defines the lifecycle of alarm. It divided alarm processing into five stages:alarm grading, alarm neglecting, alarm compression, alarm publishing, alarm forward and processing. Based on the five stages, the system realize the dynamical adding and updating function for alarm grading rules, alarm ignoring rules, alarm compression rules and alarm forwarding rules.3) This paper proposes a real-time messaging communication solution based on JMS, which specifies the format of the packet header.4) Implement the web management system based on SSH framework, which provides online query service of historical data, real-time data and alarm information. In addition, the system has carried on the strict access control, and realized the personnel organization management and equipment management. Session is shared among heterogeneous system, such as WEB system and MIS system, It can share of login Information, authority and permissions information, device’s real-time status information and so on.
