With the rapid development of network technology, we have entered the era of Internet of Things from the Internet era, so the key technologies of Internet of Things become the focus of attention. One of the most important components in Internet of Things is wireless sensor network; the study of communication interface means to improve the efficiency of information transmission and the flexibility of wireless sensor network.In this paper, in-depth analysis of ZigBee technology and USB1.1 protocol, use TI/Chipcon's latest production CC2430 as node's main control chip, completing the data processing nd RF transceiver functions; using the Sunplus' 8 bit microcontroller SPCP825A as a USB interface chip, design USB interface module to complete the data transmission functions between coordinator and PC; chose digital temperature and humidity sensor SHT11 for temperature and humidity data collection; use MSSTATE-LRWPAN protocol stack as a network communication protocol, connect the MSSTATE_LRWPAN protocol stack and the sensor's low-level drive to the complete of data acquisition and data communication between nodes.Based on SPCP825A chip,CC2430 chip and digital temperature and humidity sensors SHT11 designes and produces wireless sensor network nodes and USB communication modules to complete the functions of data collection and transmission capabilities in the ZigBee sensor network. And this paper designes test of the node power consumption, node lifetime, effective single-hop transmission range and reliability performance for wireless sensor network and USB communication modules. Test results show that it's a low-power node, the node average current consumption of 17mA;node has a longe life,it can work continuously for about 55 days under laboratory conditions; the effective single-hop transmission distance is about 50 meters and the lost data Package rate is under 2%,this system meets the ZigBee wireless sensor network design specifications.
