Along with the vigorous development of highway construction in our country, the road marking coating's actual requirement is getting bigger and bigger. The amount of road marking coating for servicing is increasing year by year because of abrasion. The abrasion performance of coating gets more and more attention during the production of coating. The design of the simulative apparatus for testing the wearable character of the coating is of significance.In order to simulate the working conditions of the tire and road marking coating, this paper shows the mechanical structure of the device and its working principle. Choosing an appropriate control method, direct torque control method(DTC), for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) of its drive system. The configuration and characteristic of PMSM is introduced, then the mathematics models in various coordinate are set up. Based on this, this paper analyses the principle of DTC system and its application to PMSM in detail. Finally, the thesis set up the sub-modules of PMSM DTC system by SimuLink.This paper analyses the torque and speed measuring principle of the data acquisition system, and chooses the hardware for the data acquisition system. It summarizes the characteristics of virtual instrument and the structure of testing system based on the virtual instrument. It introduces the graphical programming language LabVIEW and virtual instrument software architecture (VISA). The software is based on LabVIEW, and it has the functions of data acquiring, data analyzing, dynamic displaying and data storing. Finally, it analyses network mode of remote virtual instrument: C/S mode and B/S mode. The article elucidates the features of DataSocket technology and Web Server technology. The B/S mode of remote virtual instrument system is constructed using Web Server technology, it realizes the real-time acquisition and remote monitoring.
