To meet the needs of automation and networking, the building of an oil-extractor intelligent remote monitoring device, and an oil-extractor intelligent remote monitoring system is presented in this paper.To ensure the reliability of the oil-extractor, an intelligent oil-extractor controller based on Cortex-M3 MCU has been developed, which detects the oil-extractor motor-driven three-phase voltage, the three-phase current and other parameters through high accurate measurement chip ATTT022B, and processes the data with STM32 MCU for the core through detecting the working voltage and the three-phase current of the driving motor again and again to detect the status of the oil-extractor, and to cut off the power automatically to protect the oil-extractor when has fault. For future fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, the working voltage and the three-phase current can be preserved when the oil-extractor has fault.RS-485 communication interface, modbus communication protocol and the configuration software were used to realize the monitoring of machine-to-end wired remote monitoring and control. In this device, GPRS module was also used to control the oil-extractor start-stop through short message. At the same time, an oil-extractor intelligent monitoring system processing, serial communication protocol and host computer monitoring system were developed, which runs well.
