With the maturing of the teaching evaluation in China’s university, and WEB technology has improved steadily, online teaching evaluation has gradually become the mainstream. Replaced the old and closed C/S mode, the B/S mode increase the interaction between teachers and students, providing an open, dynamic teaching evaluation environment, in this environment, teachers can always view the information of students, examining student learning, students can keep abreast of the information of teachers, choose the teaching style for learning which is adapt to themselves, and put up a online quiz to check their own learning, rather than blindly choose the teacher for learning, so as to look for the examination room. But these functions are scattered in different systems, and the complex relationship between the various systems sometimes may not be able to meet the needs.There are two online teaching evaluation methods:fuzzy mathematics and neural network model. The fuzzy mathematics is that we matrix teachers teaching in several indicators (such as teaching attitudes, teaching content, teaching methods), and determine the weights artificially, and students, experts, peers evaluate the quality of teaching in the basis of evaluation scoring differently; The neural network model is also that we assessed the main indicators level (fraction) of the object of evaluation using neural network. Even though data processing technology has advanced, re-optimization has approached, the evaluation object still influence and limit the result. More important is that existing evaluation systems are only a single evaluation of the student for teachers, and ignore the detection of self-learning ability and the effect of learning after students learn the course, as well as mutual understanding between teachers and students, as well as referencing the quality of teaching among peers, these can have a strong effect in the evaluation of teaching.In this thesis, for finding a solution to the above problems, we use the students and teachers as the main targets for teaching evaluation, have an in-depth analysis of the teaching input, the teaching process and the teaching output, research and design the scalability and innovative of the evaluation of online teaching based on the analysis, there are several main says:1, to establish a simple and reasonable teaching evaluation system for the assessment of teaching quality, with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method analyzing system needs to establish a mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.2, the online teaching evaluation system can manage the individual information of the teachers and students totally, so that students and teachers can understand mutually.3, the system can manage the information of the students’evaluation, and one student only has one time to evaluate the teacher who is selected, and after the submission the student cannot be with evaluating the teacher, the evaluation information is irreversible.4, student can have an online exam. Firstly, students select courses, and then enter the online test of the course which you choose. It greatly reduces the part of students’ examination process, provide a more convenient test platform for students, and also reduce the plenty Instructor’workload.5, system administrates courses, exam scores, exam sets and other information, which can achieve the alternation of the system information.6, there provide a convenient and simple ways to search, you can quickly access their personal information, examinations, comprehensive evaluation, and the student feedback.The users of this system are divided into three parts:the students, teachers and system administrators. Students can evaluate the teacher to express opinions, have an online testing, make a results inquiry, and search the teacher’s information, etc.; teachers can view the results of the evaluation of the quality of teaching, correct students’papers, view students’test results; system administrator can manage the information of teachers, students, comprehensive evaluation, student test sets, examination questions, statistical analyze and deal with the evaluation of student for teachers, mark and give the score on students’papers.System is built to a B/S mode design. All operations are conducted in the browser, there are some technology used by the system like HTML, JavaScript, JSP, JavaBeans, and other. MYSQL is selected as the database; the Tomcat is selected as web server. Some front page designs is completed in Dreamweaver the whole design is completed on Eclipse, the black-box testing methods are adopted by the system testing.
