Time Control Of Rearrangement Program Of People.com's Olympic Channel

Time management is a new field of project management disciplines in recent years, it is very widespread use in today's society. But project management is still in a development stage, therefore, Combining of theory also need improve and innovate constantly.The object of the present study is the rearrangement program of People.com's Olympic Channel. The first part of the present thesis is an introduction of program time management, which is followed by a brief history. In the next place, the rearrangement program of People.com's Olympic Channel is reviewed in detail in four aspects, namely, the definition and procedure of program time working procedure, the evaluation and planning of time limit for the project, the optimization of program time working procedure and the control of program time working procedure. Finally, the implement of the time of working procedure of the program under study is discussed, and the finding, advantage and shortcoming of the present study is summarized.
