Time Control Of Rearrangement Program Of Fuxin People' Radio

Along with the rapid development of scientific technology, the radio as a wireless information transmission technology has nearly a hundred years of history. It has been challenge by the wireless Internet and other emerging transmission technologies. By the end of June 2010, the scale of Chinese Internet users have reached 4.2 billion, of which, cell phone Internet users have reached 2.77 million. Compared 4334 million by the end of 2009, it had a stronger-than-expected growth of 16.8%. Facing the vigorous development of wireless Internet, the originally superiority of broadcasting, as the simple transmission, convenient receiving, effectiveness of strong and travels faster is no longer exists. In such serious situation, the radio as a traditional media,"where is the way out"became a serious problem before it. In such a situation, Fuxin People's Radio Broadcast decided to change itself and innovate the contents of the programms, so as to make the program which people like.At present, the domestic and international project management theory had developed rapidly, and more mature. Although it is a new branch of theory, but in all walks of life have been widely application. Of which, project time management, as an important part of project management had been widely used, but in the program rearrangement of radio were used rarely. By the research of project time management about the program arrangement of Fuxin People's Radio, the author hope to explore an new theory and method on a application of project time management about radio revision by this job, to use the knowledge theory system in common, and to play a better role in all walks of life. The one of core issue about the program rearrangement of Fuxin People's Radio is task completes timely, because now the radio are basically timeliness live show. So the project time management theory plays a very active role on finishing radio programs revision work timely and effective.There are three chapters in this paper. They are the introduction, the time planning on the program rearrangement of Fuxin People's Radio Project, the time plan control on the program rearrangement of Fuxin People's Radio Project.Firstly in the introduction this paper described the research background, the research objective, the research content and the research significance of project time management, analyzes the necessity and complexity on the program rearrangement of Fuxin People's Radio Project, and explained that the project is a time-lack work. At the same time, this paper explained that it is feasible to use the project time management theory in the program rearrangement of Fuxin People's Radio Project, it reviewed the status of the project time management theory and the project schedule control theory. This paper lay a good foudation for below.In the second chapter, the author took the program rearrangement of Fuxin People's Radio project as the research object, collected information related to the project, including the historical data, scope statement, constraint condition, etc. According to these data, the author determined the aim and the scope of project. After project activity definition, the author obtained the work breakdown structure (WBS) form. The author defined the logical relationship of every activity between each other. According to the requirements on them, generated the network diagramming, Through the analysis of the logical relationship. In addition, based on the choice of the project time estimation methods and tools, the author calculated the time of the program rearrangement of Fuxin People's Radio Project, and works out the corresponding project time plan. Finally, through the method of project time plan optimization, the author optimized the time plan of program rearrangement of Fuxin People's Radio Project. The concrete treatment method is to analysis the project departments human resources and task allocation situation, and to adjust departments personnel and redistribute the task, to make the project resources and tasks quantity more reasonable to reach the reduce of time.In the chapter three, to make the project schedule control theory further analyses, made clear the program rearrangement of Fuxin People's Radio Project is a dynamic tracking process, and it is unilateral, but it is closely linked problem of information management, coordination of organization. Finally, by analyzing the time deviation of program rearrangement of Fuxin People's Radio Project, the project time plan has been adjusted, the time error on the project schedule has been solved, and ensure the successful completion of the revision.To sum up, this paper assesses the program rearrangement of Fuxin People's Radio Project as the breakthrough point, use the project time management theory and method, research on project time estimating, time optimization, progress control and the deviation analysis and the adjustment of time. Through the analysis and research, clarified that it is feasible to use the project time management theory in the program rearrangement of Fuxin People's Radio Project, solved the most important problem on radio revision - time pressing problem. Meanwhile, the paper sums up the experience and lesson and obtained a set of solving of program rearrangement of radio, hope to be able to get certain reference on others in similar facelift project.
