With modern computer technology and the rapid development of Internet technology, embedded systems become the focus of one of the most popular. And the ARM processor with its high-performance,low-power characteristics of the current wide range of embedded processors,Because embedded linux system has virtue of its powerful,free of charge and the development of resource-rich advantages,the embedded operating system occupy the leading position.Thesis analyzes the current crane safety monitoring system at home and abroad, monitoring system status and development trend; Proposed monitoring system design program: In hardware design using 32-bit microprocessor on S3C2410,at the same time give the core of the circuit design;At the bottom of network communication using of CAN bus transmission,then give a detailed circuit design;On human-Computer Interaction using TFT-LCD large-screen liquid crystal display, and then give the specific design of interface circuit design.When building the monitoring system software platform,we use embedded linux system,and then cut and transplanta the linux system with the requirements of monitoring systems; At the application layer, we choose JFFS2 root filesystem,and use Qt / Embedded to build a graphical interface.In this paper, implementation of the monitoring system not only has the detection, control, alarm and other conventional functions; but also has the following five highlights:First, realizing Chinese graphical display, real-time animated demo crane functions;Second, the system has real-time clock function;Third,the underlying communication uses CAN bus,with high reliability and system flexibility and so on; Fourth,the use of 32-bit microprocessor S3C2410, improve dealling with the speed and ability of the monitoring and control system;To improve the management and scheduling between applications, software system use operating systems.
