With the rapid development of modern information science and technology, especially computer technology, network technology, communication technology, as well as the rapid development of automation technology, OA (Office Automation, referred to as OA) has gained a higher level of development in the technology and applications, and has become an important indicator of modern information society, as well as an important component of modern information-based enterprises construction.Through introduction to the development of office automation technology and the development technology, this paper presents and designs the implementation of a business-oriented application of the fixed assets management system, which is under Windows 2000 Server + SQL Server 2000 system, and the application of B / S three-tier architecture, as well as the platform of Microsoft.NET technology for the development. Based on detailed description of the work-flow theory and core technologies of OA development such as Microsoft.NET development platforms, this paper discusses user needs analysis of business-oriented fixed assets management system, the overall structure design and database design.The system includes seven modules ranging from an procurement application module, on-line approval module, fixed asset management module, a storage management module of low priced and easily worn articles, information release module, digital signatures and certification module and system management module. This paper covers the procurement application module, and applications in the procurement module and the fixed assets of the introduction of a single code to apply the rules of procedures to identify and improve processes ; on-line approval of modules, through the establishment of the two models: the sharing model and transmission model comparison, and then analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each model, and in accordance with the actual needs of the establishment of a mixed model ; Systems management module, The user and role management, the main user management, role management, role-rights management, user features such as role assignment, and were achieved such as: add and delete functions, the realization of the role of different permissions. Finally, this article summarizes the work, and depicts the future development prospects of enterprise department based application of office automation system.
