| Video surveillance service (VSS) is defined as a way on the network infrastructure to provide images, sound and remote alarm signal collection, transmission, storage, processing and transmission of a new telecommunications business.With the rapid development of the advanced digital techniques such as codecs, image processing, pattern recognition, IP networks, more and more attention are paid to networks-based video surveillance technologies all over the world. Recently, the tendency of development of VSS is how to use advanced techniques such as to enhance the compression efficiency of video image sequences and intelligence of the digital monitoring systems.China Tietong Intelligent Control System (CTICS) uses the ZTE View Eye video surveillance as a platform, which provides a large-scale multi-channel video streaming capacity of the provincial-level platform for video surveillance in Jinan, high storage capacity of the temporary configuration, can facilitate the future development based on business smooth upgrading and expansion needs. In CTICS, magnetic matrix expansions are used to conduct flexible operations and meet the actual storage time and storage requirements. CTICS business platform covers the overall framework and platform for content management. In Shandong Branch of CTICS, the overall framework are planned from network video system design, advanced technology, systems and practical, reasonable structure, the mainstream products, low-cost, low-maintenance as a capital principle. With the system function and performance requirements under the premise of the minimized system construction costs, customized from customer demand and customer network, the CTICS monitoring system are designed to achieve optimal performance monitoring system; CTICS monitoring system structure and the management of users are in line for system management and maintenance. At the same time, in the system design, it is fully considered the system capacity and functional expansion of the system to facilitate smooth expansion and upgrade.This thesis includes final design and implementation of a C/S communication mode of digital video surveillance systems, from video capture, motion detection, video processing, network video transmission and receiving, playback module. In our scheme, TCP protocol are chosen as a protocol satisfying system requirements for high reliability control commands, and real-time requirements of the video data stream is selected communication protocol based on UDP implementation of IP multicast. This paper first introduces the intelligent control of the Railway system from the views of the key technologies used, and then a detailed analysis of the system to achieve the objectives of the system to determine the technologies.Multi-threading technology are used in video data transmission and receiving. Video data through motion detection, MPEG-4 compression, and the use of UDP protocol located above the RTP / RTCP protocol is sent to the remote receiver. Receivers are responsible for receiving and decoding broadcast of the video data sent to and received at the process of double-buffering technology to alleviate the network delay and jitter impact. |
