Airport navigational lights system is the visual navigational instrument that can protect aircraft for the take-off, landing and taxiing smoothly at night and in the complex weather conditions. Airport navigational lights monitoring system is a system that can monitor and control navigational lights on the airport ground (including runways, taxiways, contact road, etc.) with the use of computer netwok and computer, network and modern communications technology. With the rapid development of the aviation industry, and the continuous improvement in the quality of the aircraft, it also puts a higher requirement about the development of advanced navigational lights control system.With the airport has become more complex, it not only has a sophisticated control equipment, but also has detailed surveillance equipment of visual navigational lights, this has become the basic requirements of airport navigational lights system. After the application of airport navigational lights monitoring system, tower air traffic control personnel can control and revise the lights system directly and timely according to the Visibility. It can reduce the elephone communication between tower air traffic control personnel and light station operator, to improve the timeliness and reliability of the operation.This issue is the design for basing on the MMB (Micro-Message Bus) system platform. The main task is the PC design of airport navigational lights computer monitoring system, the paper has also carried a certain amount of research about under-machine design of airport navigational lights computer monitoring system. First of all, it designs the PC of airport navigational lights computer monitoring system, mainly including tower interface design, lighting station interface design, maintenance Station interface design, as well as the establishment and preparation of their respective process database, and to address the the problem that is priority conversion between tower and lights station. Then it designs the under-machine with MMB assembly language, mainly puts a study of redundant CAN bus design in the MMB system, with the intelligent components and assembly language.At present, the development process of the airport navigational lights computer monitoring system is from simple to complex, from low to high-level, control system has become better and better. In order to ensure navigational lighting system more secure and stable operation, with the help of powerful computer technology, it implements reliable real-time monitoring of system equipment, and greatly increased the level of management system, this is an inevitable trend that is China's further modernization of airport navigational lighting equipment management.
