The big lagging, non-linear and time-varying usually appears seriously in the process of Lincomycin fermentation. So it brings great difficulties for the parameters control of Lincomycin fermentation process. Therefore, it's so important to have a successful solution to control the parameters control.Firstly, the paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation, development trends and problems about the application of pH control of Lincomycin fermentation.Secondly, according to the problems of non-linear and time-delay, a kind method of combining fuzzy control and PID control is given, and in order to conquer the time-varying of the fermentation process, that is, bring the parameters regulation on-line based on the fuzzy control. The Simulink shows that the fuzzy and PID control algorithm have a satisfying control function to control non-linear and time-delay system.According to the request of fermentation, a Lincomycin fermentation control system was given the function test, control and manage based on field bus technology. The system is composed of two layers of computer control structure, basic automation is completed to control the action of temperature, pH, DO and supplement by SIEMENS PLC. Supervisor is made up with industrial computer from Yanhua Corporation of Taiwan, and fulfills many functions such as configuration, supervision, alarm, table, etc. The temperature control system is operated simply with the characteristic of active pictures, high adjustability, high reliability, and high stability.The production of the paper follows: the key technical problem is settled successfully in the process of Lincomycin fermentation process by designing the Lincomycin fermentation process automatic control system, giving a new paper in the automatically control system of Lincomycin fermentation in our province and the economic benefit is salience. The mature technology and the reliability running experience of the device can give successful experience for antibiotics fermentation.
