Animalcule Fermentation is the basis of bioengineering as well as modern biology technology and bioengineering industrialization. The control and optimization of Fermentation have a direct influence on the fermentation's yield and quality. Because the fermentation process related closely to growth and propagation of creature,so the mechanism is complex, the fermentation process with time-varying and nonlinear also.If the method of control by fed-batch, there is no proper control and optimization models to follow, so people cannot meet the level of stability and control fermentation process optimization control needs. Therefore, the fermentation fed control method has important theoretical significance and application value.In this paper, based on the analysis of control system for fermentation process, a fed-batch control method based on fuzzy set is introduced, which use the ethanol concentration of the fermentation process as the critical control parameters, convective acceleration through regulation, to realize the control of ethanol fermentation process.The semiconductor gas sensor combined with vapor-liquid equilibrium relations theory was bean used, and a ethanol concentration of fermentation on line measurement model was bean given, the LM algorithm to be established the ethanol model。Design a fed batch controller that based on fuzzy sets in fermentation process,the software and hardware of the control system had been given, the fermentation process control system based on fuzzy set had been integrated.The results of experiments show that the model can measure the ethanol concentration on-line, and the fuzzy controller can be used in glutathione fermentation, the optimal control can be achieved in this way, and the product yield can be improved.
