Biologic fermentation industry has been a key component of contemporary biologic industry and turn out to be a prevalent usage in the production of food and medicine,which demonstrate a bright future and prosperous development in market. However,as biologic fermentation is a complex biochemical process combined with a huge amount of control variables and a high cohesion itself,it's very hard to perform an effective control by traditional methods.According to the profile of biologic fermentation process the current market requirement and the relative research at home and abroad.In allusion to time-varying, nonlinearity,time-lag and random of the biology Fermentation control process,the intelligent control technology is incorporated into the control system.In order to control temperature,PH value exactly,raised a method of self-adjust PID based on apery of brainpower and fuzzy theories,fuzzy control algorithm with simulating human intelligence control theory.It's proved that this system can receive good control performance from the simulation and the experiment.32-bit ARM microprocessors have been applied greatly depending on their high new performance,low power consumption and low cost,domestic micro-electronics and embedded technologies have been developed rapidly at the same time.So the down computer's hardware platform based on S3C2410 in this system,and adopted Linux operation system in the design of software.Took advantage of DCS to carry out one up computer to communicate with down computers,and the down computer can control the relative parameters independently.The focus of the work includes the measurement and control of main parameters, the design of fermentation control system and Embedded-system.The fermentation control system can monitor and optimize the fermentation process on the real time.It can not only avoid the uncertain factors in manual operation,raise the automation level,but also control the main parameter efficiently during the fermentative process. It has important practical significance.
