Lysine is one of eight amino acids.And it is an essential nutrient to human body but can not own a synthetic amino acid.Although Lysine production was about 700,000 tons in China in 2008,its basic raw material production is still in a state of great but not strong.L-lysine fed-batch fermentation process control is a flexible and effective way to control the middle of lysine fermentation metabolism and increase production. Fed-batch control is the key factors of entire batch fermentation.The early fed-batch control is completely carried out by experience.That is to say,the control is to add a certain amount of empirical nutrients in a certain time.It has characteristics of simple ingredients,small number addition and simple method, but it can not be controlled effectively.In the modern large-scale industrial fermentation,the way of the fed-batch have developed from simple to multi-level repeated,from simple addition to several additional nutrients.And now fed-batch process almost all the empirical and the theories of research are lagging behind.The itself of microbial fermentation process is a complex and uncertain, non-linear time-varying dynamic process,which involves the life growth and reproduction.It has too many impact factors and complicated mechanism.Because of its inherent complexity the fed-batch control is difficult to achieve through Mechanism Modeling.In order to make up for the current fed-batch fermentation control disadvantages that over-reliance on mathematical models and realize the intelligent control.In this paper,fuzzy logic control theory and neural network technology which has self-learning ability are combined.The intelligent microbial fermentation fed-batch controller is designed based on the in-depth study of fuzzy neural network.Based on the S3C44BOX of ARM embedded system-on-chip as the core,the paper has developed a bio-fermentation batch intelligent control systems, and operating system embed real-time operating system transplantation,which can improve the performance of fed-batch control.The simulation results had been shown that it is accuracy and robustness.And effectiveness is verified in lysine fermentation experiment.Studying on lysine fed-batch fermentation control system based on fuzzy neural network intelligent control,the paper has a theoretical and practical value to the academic development of intelligent fed-batch fermentation control.
