Vegetable waste as a kind of garbage occupies a large proportion of municipal waste.The content of organics and water in vegetable waste is high.It is easy to rot.If it can not be handled properly,would cause environment pollution and resources waste.An approach of microbial fermentation is proposed.Vegetable waste is fermented to produce organic fertilizers recycling for agricultural production.Modern automatic control system can be used for vegetable waste fermentation.It can provide a relatively most suitable living environment for microorganisms in vegetable waste.Favorable growth environment makes the quality and efficiency of vegetable waste fermentation product has been significantly improved.The process of Vegetable waste fermentation is rather complicated.The control effect of general control is not ideal.An intelligent control system based on fuzzy control is designed for the issue of vegetable waste fermentation.With the analysis of crafts parameters and data for vegetable waste fermentation,the relatively most suitable parameter for microbial fermentation reaction is obtained.Temperature is the key parameter for output rate and product quality of vegetable waste fermentation.The control system solution for vegetable waste fermentation is formulated as microcontrollers combined PC by results.Based on the control scheme of vegetable waste fermentation and the analysis of working principle,the framework of hardware system is set up.The control function of main parameter that temperature,pH and pressure is analyzed.The hardware design and implementation of vegetable waste fermentation control system is complete.The modeling problem of vegetable waste fermentation is difficult.It applies fuzzy control method by fuzzy control theory.Fuzzy controller is the core of vegetable waste fermentation control system.It includes Fuzzification,fuzzy inference and defuzzification.Simulation and experiment is for the contrast of PID control and fuzzy control for vegetable waste fermentation.The experimental data verify the control effect of fuzzy controller.In the fermentation process of fuzzy control,fuzzy inference computing portion is rather complex.The solution for this problem is found out by studying the mathematical method of semi tensor product of matrices.The fuzzy inference transforms into multi-valued logic problems by structure matrix instead of fuzzy relation matrix.The input and output relationship equation transforms into algebraic form and simplifies the fuzzy inference calculation.For the matrix in the equation by the experimental data verifies control results.Studying fuzzy control theory and vegetable waste fermentation process to establish the framework of control procedures.The main program and subroutine is analyzed and designed.The function requirements of human-machine interface for vegetable waste fermentation are analyzed.The interface is designed by KINGVIEW.The design and implementation of vegetable waste fermentation fuzzy control system is complete.
