In recent years, with the development of computer, as well as communication, integrate circuit and control technology, the requirements of the processing modernization ,security and enhancement uarged the processing intellectualization to be the trend of development in the future.Using embedded technology in CNC, is the hot spots in embedded wire-cutting systems research and development. In this paper, using 32-bit embedded computer as control equipment, discussed combine of the embedded computer systems and stepper motor modules in the wire cutting system of research and application.In terms of hardware, S3C2410 chip selected as the main control device, used to connect storage of 64MB NandFlash, 64MB SDRAM, as well as a display for controlling the size of 240 x 320 touch-screen TFT LCD display modules and the stepper motor.In terms of software, completed its Windows CE embedded in the BSP processor S3C2410 and custom development, focused on the analysis of the system to start the process, and the successful implementation of the Windows CE on the S3C2410 in the transplant. By analyzing, in the realization of the Windows CE embedded wire cutting system management module, the control module, completed using RS485 serial communications module with stepper motor control module combination of the control equipment.
