With the development of modern industry,integrated circuits,information technology,photovoltaic power generation and other industries have put forward new requirements for the performance indexes such as warpage and parallelism of hard and brittle material slicing of core components.As the main processing equipment of hard and brittle materials,the control of cutting tension in multi-wire cutting winding tension system has ushered in new challenges.Researching and manufacturing high-precision and high-performance multi-wire cutting control systems can solve practical problems encountered in the process industry,and at the same time promote the development of advanced control theory.So it has far-reaching significance.The multi-wire cutting and winding tension system is a small tension system with time-varying and integral with hysteresis.Therefore,the anti-disturbance ability and robust stability of the control system are both higher.This paper proposes a control strategy for the dual control of the tension on the cutting line by the tension arm and the sending reel and winding reel motor.The main contents and innovations of the thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the idea of using double control variables to control the tension on the cutting line proposed in this paper,the winding tension system of multi-wire cutting is analyzed,and the velocity process model and the tension arm angle process model are obtained by mechanism modeling.The velocity process model is a slow process model with integral link and pure lag link,and the tension arm process model is a fast process model with inertia link.(2)According to the model specificity of the established controlled process,it is proposed to control the integral plus time delay model by the dual prediction PI control algorithm.The predictive PI controller is used in the inner loop to transform the integral plus time delay system into the firstorder plus time delay system.The other predictive PI controller is used in the outer loop to control the generalized plant including the inner loop controller.The controller parameters are tuned according to the process requirements to complete the control of the integral system with time delay link.(3)In order to realize the stable control of the tension on the cutting line,a dual control strategy is proposed to control the cutting speed and the angle of the tension arm of the release roller.The angle of the tension arm is used as the controlled variable of the main loop to form a fast control loop for the tension on the cutting line,which can control the tension on the cutting line timely and accurately.The speed of the release roll is used as the controlled variable of the secondary loop to form a slow loop,and the tension on the cutting line is fundamentally adjusted by matching the speed of the take-up and release rolls.By comparing the control effect of the single control variable system with the speed of the release roll through simulation,it can be concluded that the antidisturbance ability and robust stability of the system are better,and the control quality is improved.(4)In order to weaken the influence of voltage fluctuation and magnetic field variation on motor speed and improve the control accuracy of feed speed of cutting line,cascade control is introduced into the speed control of dual-control sub-process,which ensures the stable operation of motor with its excellent anti-disturbance ability of sub-loop.Compared with the control effect of the original system,the anti-disturbance ability of the system is obviously improved,and the influence of motor disturbance on the speed matching of the receiving and releasing rolls is reduced.(5)Based on the OPTO22 software development platform,the multi-line cutting and winding tension system is designed to be realized.The software development process,the variables of the software environment are examined,then the controller is coded and the HMI interface is developed after discretizing the control algorithm.After communicating OPTO22 with Simulink,an online monitoring system for control variables of multi-wire cutting system was developed.The running curve shows that the system runs stably and controls the quality compound requirements.
