Design & Realization Of EHDC Material Dispatch And Account Management Information System

In large-scale hydropower plant construction project, material supply is requirement to ensure time limit and quality security of project. Ertan Hydropower Development Company's Hydro plant construction project on Yalong River is confronted with some difficulties, several projects are building at the same time, material requirement of constructions is very huge, the supply of material such as cement is insufficient in that area, and the traffic condition of projects'location is not very good. Because of that, in order to ensure regular and secure development of project, the equipment and material department of EHDC start up to prepare and build the work of EHDC material management information system(EHDC-MMIS).Material dispatch and account are core chains of construction project management affect logistics and funds flow, and key parts of business connection between proprietor and contractors, suppliers. This thesis introduces the system analysis, design and development in construction process of EHD-MMIS, researches management methods and system realization, analyzes and compares similarities and differences of some application development systems include both C/S model and B/S model material dispatch and account in large-scale hydropower plant construction project, expounds how to use IFS Foundation1 Developer to program, and gives some description and analyses of common technical and security problems of database application.EHDC-MMIS adopts C/S model with oracle for server and IFS application for client, a central server is deployed on headquarters, departments, branches and partners are on duty of providing and processing information via reserved network, Virtual Local Area Network and database service, they collectively provide data, information and business support to overall material management assignments.After strict testing and motion estimate, EHDC Material Management Information System becomes main material management business platform and achieves the desired objectives.
