Current network communication technology and information communication field has beenrapid developed; the network information technology has been significant influence to allindustry of society. Medical and health industry, as one of the traditional industry, how to facethe impact of the network times, and how to use the network technology improving hospitalmanagement level and the service quality, become the inevitable problem. In this paper thesystem based on the hospital content of the business needs of wealth supervision center, canmanage the database well, change the original manual operation, subjective decision-makingoperation mode, and realize the supervision center information collection and sharing; the wholeprocess of automatic control and supervision, making system management personnel convenientfor inquiry, therefore can make the hospital management personnel work more efficient. Thispaper focus on the large hospital material financial information management system, research thedesign scheme and development framework of the system. The main research contents andachievements as follows:(1) It analyzes the development background of the system and hospital managementinformation system development present situation at home and abroad, and then describes mainproblems that the system needs to solve. The whole situation of system is summarized, systemneeds analysis and architecture design are described in detail.(2) In the hospital material financial information management system, the function andeffect of expert extract management and bid procurement management are introduced, andemphatically analyzes the characteristics of the each module, work out the system module designsolutions, including function design and database design.(3) In order to improve the experts extraction efficiency, the improved experts extractrandom algorithm is proposed based on the SQL statement, this algorithm through the SQLlanguage of pseudo-random function and reverse function combination instead of the use of complex client programming, with only a SQL statement can realize the stochastic process, thealgorithm is simple, resources share is low, the efficiency is high, and has the very strongcommonality and practical.(4) Build the whole thing wealth hospital information management platform systemframework, use Silverlight software to design the system interface, the object-oriented modelingtechnique is used in the design of database data objects, the realization of the whole system isdescribed in detail, and the system is tested, ensure the system stability and efficient operation.Finally, the thesis is summarized and predicted.
