The Design And Implementation Of University Financial Management Information System Based On B/S Model

University of Finance and economics as the functional departments of the school of Finance and management,is fully responsible for the school of accounting,financial management,guarantee the school running funds and accounting supervision work of management institutions,in the daily management of the colleges and universities,financial management is a very important affairs,and it is also related to the economic situation in the entire university.The development of the financial information management system to improve the financial management level and management efficiency,and promote the normal development and normalized operation of school work is of great significance.This project is to design and implement the financial management information system based on B/S mode.The system uses the structure of the system is B/S model,using the.Net framework technology,development tools for Visual studio 2010,development language for the C#,data platform is Microsoft SQL Server 2005.First,a detailed analysis of the system functional requirements,performance requirements and security needs,and system construction respectively from the four aspects of technical feasibility,economic feasibility,operation feasibility and legal feasibility of feasibility analysis.Based on the UML modeling tools,this paper puts forward the proof of charge to an account management,the management of teachers' salaries,school asset management,the main function of the use case diagram.Secondly,the design of the business process,and based on the business process design data flow diagram,the typical function module of detailed design,database design are carried out at the same time,given the typical modular E-R diagram,and designs a data table.Then,on the basis of the design of the system development and implementation.Respectively for user login module,rights management module,accounting certificate management module,current accounts management module,school asset management module,cashier bar account management module,teacher salary management module and system maintenance module,and so on eight functional modules for the realization of the detailed description and gives the flow chart,the key to the code segment and key display pages.Finally,using the black box testing method,test system from three aspects of functional testing,performance testing,security testing,through repeated testing,on system defects and problems were corresponding processing,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.Based on B/S mode of financial information management system running on the line,to improve school financial management level,promote the informatization construction of the campus play an important role,for the school teaching,scientific research and administration of the work provides strong protection and support.
