The Control System Research And Design For ABS Production Process

The paper centres on a control system research and design of the chemical production process for ABS.The object comes from 200 thousand tons/year ABS device expansion project in Daqing Petro Chemical Industry at 2007.ABS production process contol system includes technologies such as field bus, computer, communication, database, control and network.The production process automatic control is introduced in prief in the paper.Then the system is analied and designed in detail on the basis of ABS. The controlled object which is the production process of ABS is introduced in this paper; The algorithm of control point is designed according to the production process.The monitoring and communication system are designed based on WebAccess. At first, some function modules are introduced such as interface and communication. Then the monitoring system is realized by project configuration and communication system is realized by port configuration in the net framework. The modular database is degined on Delphi which realized backup, print, analysis, computing, compression and decompression. Typical problems in debugging process are described which are adjusted slightly according to the practice.The production process of ABS device has been stable from the beginning in 2008. The system has strong anti-interference ability and tracking ability. The chemical production process control system ofor ABS is security and reliability.
