The long range supervision is a native computer to pass the network system to carry on a monitor and control to the distant place so that to complete the function of dispersion the control network of the appearance supervision and equipments of the diagnosis maintenance and etc. Industrial long range process control in the realm supervision mainly is ask for help with the modernization of computers , intelligent devices, equipments, software, hardware and communication facilities, corresponding with the network technique means to realize supervision and monitoring task on the spot which the equipments distribute extensively or the data collect not easily. Of the situation the states of equipment movement appearance parameters will be carried on hour- monitoring in concentration control of supervision techniques during the production line. This paper construct and design a supervision system on remote monitoring and control based equipment of producing flowing water on-line according to an business enterprise which produce and machining green materialsFirst the paper sets out from a system structure of the industrial process supervision , analyzing the components of the equipments remote supervision system in industrial process control , putting forward and designing three different current solutions to industrial equipments process supervision , then carrying out the following whole remote supervision and monitoring system under the Web framework, finally adopting a C/S and a B/S mode combination communication model together of the remote supervision and control. This design basing on the character of object supervision is a practical and operational design to present industrial process control .The methods of using the 485 total lines, Winsock network communication, .NET software platform, SQL Server Database, Web publishing technologies and etc are essential reference to industrial automatic remote control or break diagnosis system. Also it has an important practical meaning in process production which is one of the solution to realize industrial process supervision and remote monitoring .
