| The pressure distribution measurement systems have been used in a wide range of industrial and research applications. Complex surface pressure measurement is used to research and analyze the pressure distribution of the industrial products, it enable the designers to optimize design choices.According to these requirements, the pressure measurement system in the paper is established. This pressure distribution measure system has three main parts, which are pressure sensing cushion plate, data acquirement circuit and process software which is base on the virtual instrument technique. The visual impact, simplicity, and clarity dynamic changes of real-time color contour graphically informative displays and intuitive operation by the system. It can help design the manufacture and improve Ergonomics Engineering. The main work and achievement as follows:1. In order to satisfy the demand of highest quality and value data collection, we chose the FlexiForce, which is committed to providing the most advanced, thin, tactile force and pressure sensors. And design a pressure measure cushion plate according to the sensor design theory.2. Design and make data acquirement and amplifying circuit. It can collect the data and connect the PC through USB data acquirement card.3. Compile the data process software which is base on LabVIEW. It has data collection module, display module, data save and replay module. the software process the original data with digital filter and then analyze them. The pressure distribution is showed by contour 2D image with bicubic interpolation arithmetic4. Finally, we made some performance tests and analyze the reliability and errors of the measure system. |
