This subject is imbursed by the natural science fund of Shandong province.Latter-day,the herbalist doctor studies showed that the feet stored a lot of information of body;In order to measure plantar pressure precisely,we analysis deeply and compare a series of current plantar pressure measurement systems at home and abroad,and provide insole plantar pressure measurement system based on LabVIEW,build mathematics model of piezoelectric ceramic sensor,design the hardware and software of insole plantar pressure measurement system.The experiments prove this method is valid to solve the measurement of plantar pressure,and improve precise and utility of the measurement.Hardware circuits of the system which use the piezoelectric sensor as the collection component include the circuit of signal choose and modulate,and the circuit of data collection and transmission.The signal choose and modulate module choose 3 path X,Y,Z signals of the same point from 48 path signals from sensors,which guarantee the synchronization of the same point signals.In order to improve the precise of the measurement,we design double-charge magnify circuit and filter circuit which recompense to frequency belt of system.In order to complete convenience,we use the circuit of data collection and transmission includes nRF905 wireless transceiver,STC12LE5412AD microprocessor and serial ports RS-232.It transmits the data to embedded computer.This system use LabVIEW 8.2 as virtual instrument platform,and design software mutual-system of measurement.The user can choose parameters according to need,and the system completes storage and presentation of the force of X,Y,Z.At last,we test and analyze the system,and test the hardware and software.The result is that this system can satisfy the veracity and real-time request of the plantar pressure measurement system and it can finish the task of plantar pressure measurement.
