Arterial blood Pressure is a fundamental Physiological Parameter for body cycle system enginery. The measurement of blood pressure is an important part of teaching. The virtual instrument is introduced into experimental teaching to reform the experimental teaching. In this paper, LabVIEW-based virtual laboratory instruments measuring human blood pressure are developed and, the use of appropriate hardware and Lab VIEW to build up a collecting and processing system of human blood pressure signals enables students to have a comprehensive and intuitive understanding of blood pressure signals as well as other physiological signals.With the deep analysis of various ways of noninvasive blood measure, oscillometric method is chosen to measure the noninvasive blood pressure. The reasonable optimization of pulse wave signal extraction technology is adopted to amplify and filter the signals to filter out all kinds of interference and noises and thus the software support for the analysis and processing of blood parameters is obtained. The experiments of blood pressure waveform display and analysis show that the application of LabVIEW into the experimental teaching is very helpful for students to understand and master LabVIEW, the advanced measurement technique, to improve students'interest in study.
