Three Dimensional Printing(3D-Printing) is one of the most great-hearted the rapid prototyping technology, suit to new products development in the field of home appliances, office appliances, architecture and medical models etc.. As a kind of economic-rapid prototyping technology, it is of low-cost, high reliability, compact equipment, smaller noise and fast forming speed etc. And it also can make a part in different materials and colors. It has an enormous application potential and broad market prospects. Therefore, the Research on the forming mechanism and Process of 3D- Printing is much important practical significant.In this paper, rapid prototyping of three-dimensional printing machine control system was studied in systematic and comprehensive.first of all, an analysis of domestic about rapid prototyping control system on research and development of the status, and then pointed out that the motion control system trends. On this basis a system of hardware and software architecture was adviced, and in accordance with the structured and modular design methodology based on the PCI bus on the DSP, CPLD motion control system design to determine the system function of the sub-modules. Hardware control panel designed for the DSP peripheral circuit panels, PCI bus interface circuit, analog output circuit, General I / O interface circuit, such as the realization of methods discussed in detail on the technical details of implementation.Finally, in the bottom of the software design and control card driver development, research and design of the program modules and describes their development process.
