In recent years, digital printing has gradually highlighted advantages in the printing industry, because of its low-pollution,low-energy consumption. But at present, there is a bottleneck in printing speed of mainstream scanning digital printing, and in the process of large-scale printing production, the efficiency is far less than the traditional rotary screen printing. One PASS digital printing can reach or even exceed the speed of rotary screen printing, however data processing system of the domestic One PASS digital printing machine still depends on imports, and the cost is relatively high. The research and development of digital printing data processing system with high bandwidth and high cost performance is of high practical value in engineering. Therefore, this thesis studies and develops a high-speed digital printing data processing system based on NXP processor. The system takes NXP processor as the core, receives the preprocessed image data of the PC through Gigabit Ethernet, and carries out the decompression. The decompressed image data is sent to the FPGA through PCI-E link for grayscale reorganization, and finally the nozzle is controlled to print synchronously to realize the function of high-speed digital printing. In addition, the system also expands DDR3 SDRAM for storing image data and system programs, extends RS232,I2C and other interfaces to achieve interaction and control. The test shows that the performance of the high speed digital printing data processing system based on NXP processor is stable and reliable. At present, the system has passed the prototype testing session, which significantly improves the printing efficiency, meets the design requirements.
