Cardiovascular disease is the most fatal disease in the current world, how to prevent and cure the disease has become an important task that must be resolved imperatively in many countries. Blood pressure is one of the crucial parameters that can reflect the state of cardiovascular system, the heart capacity of pumping blood, heart rate, peripheral resistance, arterial stiffness and physical condition of blood are all the important parameters, and it is significant for the diagnosis and prognosis for cardiovascular disease. Based of the oscillographic method and the theories of Windkessel, this paper describes detailedly the project that the hemodynamics parameters has been measured and diagnosed and analyzed. So far, in the world there is no perfect technology as criterion admitted by all, every method has its own emphasis and has its defaults. Above reading many foreign and native literatures, this paper generalizes the measure methods of cardiovascular hemodynamics parameters, and regards the DSP (digital signal processor) as the core processor, designs the measure system of software and hardware. We have done the clinic experiment with the equipment and get a better result, and it is used to diagnose diseases as a useful tool. It is very important to the development of clinic medicine.The main works in the article are listed as followed:① Consult the coherent literature, research the method to determine blood pressure with oscillographic method and the theories of Windkessel, conclude the research findings of predecessors and sum up method of applying the hemodynamics parameters of artery.② Design the project of applying the hemodynamics parameters of artery. The works are as follows: design the circuit of detecting the analog signals from the sensor and have done the work of emulating circuit; design the digital circuit based on DSP and it's used to do the core-algorithm; design the circuit grounded on the signal-chip and it's used to manage the peripheral device.③ Make the control circuit of motor-driving and power supply circuit.④ Compile the embedded software with C, this includes calculation of blood pressure, heart rate, artery stiffness, artery compliance, peripheral resistance and stroke volume, etc.⑤ Analyze the clinic result of measuring and reach the conclusion.
