| This system unifies the advanced LabVIEW virtual instrument technique, the single-chip technique, the sensor technique, the test technique and the computer integrated technique, then applies to detection and analysis system of food texture, and realizes automatic detection and analysis of the food natural parameter. The system software function design, the hardware circuit design, the real-time gathering of experimental data, the automatic analysis and the database process conception is the key point of the research.The system uses the virtual instrument technique, single-chip technique and the DAQ acquisition technique to carry out its design and construction. Many module circuits are designed in the system and the part choosing, such as the force sensor, the data acquisition, the serial-port communication and the design of keypad circuit. The pressure sensor, the position sensor and the time's measurement are adopted to record experimental data, the data storage and the fast computation, the logic analysis function of the computer realize the automatic analysis of experimental data. Based on the substantial functions of LabVIEW of the virtual instrument's developing platform, the design method of the modularized program is adopted, and the application software realizes signal gathering, the dynamic curve demonstration, the correct analysis and processing of the experimental data. In addition, this system has realized the inquiry and modification of database by using the LabVIEW LabSQL technique, and laid the solid foundation for its development of the network direction.The system has the merits of friendly interface, simple operation and perfect functions and so on. The system has a high precision and reliability via experiment. Bu means of the parameters acquisition and analysis of the testing sample, the data error could be guaranteed within the regulated criteria of error, when conducting numerous data testing. The testing curves are coincided with the curve trend of experts had tested in this field. The test results indicate that the system is reliable and stable, avoids artificial reading errors, computing errors and test results' deviations which correlation data that could not simultaneously record causes, increases the test precision. This system can widely be applied in the field of food quality evaluation, food scientific research, and the teaching experiment and the related domains. It has the higher value of promotion and application. |
