Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS)is one of the most rapid development technologies of terahertz spectroscopy.Terahertz time-domain spectrometer is playing an increasingly important role in physics,biology,information,national defense,chemistry,security and aerospace.A lot of domestic scientific research institutions and companies also actively participate in the research and development of terahertz time-domain spectrometer.The terahertz time-domain spectrometer,currentlyin its development phase,consists of many optical devices and measuring equipment.Due to its muti-module,complex optical system,electrical interface,many terahertz time-domain spectroscopy acquisition system for the THz-TDS instruments at present can not solve the problems of hardware interaction and cooperation,spectrum analysis,sample information extraction,spectral database establishment and so on.Designing and implementing a set ofTHz-TDS acquisition and analysis system which centrally and uniformly control various devices of the instrument,achieve spectral data collection,display,analysis,storage,query,statistics and so on,has extremely important practical significance and application value.Combined with the mainstream technology trend of the current software system,it is determined that the THz-TDS acquisition and analysis system is developed by using graphical programming language in the virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW,and the third party toolkit LabSQL is invoked to access and manage SQL Server database.In the process of designing and implementing THz-TDS acquisition and analysis system,the contents of my work include the following aspects:(1)Elaborating on the current research background of THz-TDS acquisition and analysis system,the current research status at home and abroad,the significance and value of the thesis;(2)to analyze the demand and feasibility of the system function combined with problems of the current software systemm,to determine the system function structure which including four main functions of equipment management,data acquisition,analysis and processing,and file management,to build use-case models and analyses;(3)to formulate the principles of system design,to design and complete the overall structure of the system,the functions and processes of each module,the conceptual structure and the physical structure of database;(4)to achieve the mainfunction modules of THz-TDS acquisition and analysis system based on LabVIEW,data preprocessing using wavelet filtering algorithm,to invokeLabSQL to access the database;(5)to design test cases totest the main functions of the system,to analyzethe test results of the system.The THz-TDS acquisition and analysis system designed and implemented in this paper achieves the functions of automatic acquisition of THz spectrum data,sample information analysis and processing,and file management.The system has simple operation,friendly man-machine interface and convenient maintenance,which is suitable for engineers to learn quickly.THz-TDS acquisition and analysis system has been applied in cooperation units and other units,which has greatly improved instruments' use efficiency and the accuracy and reliability of data acquisition.The research plan of the system provides a supporting role for the successful implementation of the National Major Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development,and also provides reference for the relevant organizations at home and abroad.
