Air drilling is a relatively new drilling technology. Its circulating medium is air. In recent years, air drilling is used more and more widely in the field. One of the biggest challenges is underground blasting ,it limits its application in field. Domestic underground blasting monitoring software system is simple to achieve real-time data display. The explosive judgment also needs to carry on artificially.In order to solve this problem, this article has designed a set of explosive monitor software system by useing the cluster analysis algorithm and the LabVIEW software platform. This system has data demonstration, safe warning, data storage and inquiry and report form printing functions.Specific research results include: One kind of mine shaft gas data standardization principle that can causes the data reflection actual situation better; useding many kinds of cluster analysis method to carry on the classification for the data, and classification is consistent with field verification; using LabVIEW software design a set of air drilling mine shaft explosive observation system; the system includes five parts, they are data pretreatment module, display module, mine shaft safe warning module, data management module as well as report form automatic production module; useing the cluster analysis method in the mine shaft warning module, useing the Labsql and the database unify in the data management module; carring the example confirmation in the system's each module; the result is accurate and tallies with the scene example, that proved that five modules is design rationally.The air well drilling mine shaft explosive analysis system's design has made the progress which conceives.
