To solve the problems that how to make decisions to the types of supply chain corresponding to the product lifecycle at different stages and how to implement the delay strategy on the supply chain, the followings are studied.First, according to the delay strategy, we can carry out the stock point delay strategy, manufacturing flow delay strategy and full delay strategy in the supply chain. And implement the classification methods of distribution logistics delay in the process of supply chain logistics. At the full supply chain concept, six supply chain types are constructed basing on the delays in production and logistics: Centralized supply chain according to order production, Decentralized supply chain according to order Production, Concentration of delayed-type supply chain according to the delay of manufacturing process, Distribution of delay-type supply chain according to the delay of manufacturing process, Centralized supply chain according to the stock production and Decentralized supply chain according to stock production.Second, considering to the analysis of the domestic and foreign scholars on the impact of the production supply chain and logistics decision-making in the two variables, I summed up the three main demands in the decision-making of the supply chain: Varieties diversity, Varieties quantity and demands volatility. According to the change of three demands in the different life stage, it can decide the corresponding supply chain type.Third, to solve the problem how to implement the delay strategy on the supply chain, I get a depth study on the CODP positioning which is the core of the delay strategy. I build architecture for the implementation of overall delay strategy. And then putting quantitative analysis as the starting point and considering the costs associated with the CODP Change in the production systems and logistics systems of the supply chain, as well as the questions of the shortest delivery time for customer, set up separately decision-making model of part-delay strategy, such as CODP positioning decision-making model basing on production delay strategy, CODP positioning decision-making model basing on the logistics delay strategy and CODP positioning decision-making model with the delay strategy in Comprehensive supply chain. It can decide the proportion of each products in the same batch which can be produced under the delay strategy, how many can be worked as the stock-production and where is the CODP optimal point of the production system in the whole supply chain, where is the best CODP positioning of the logistics systems, and the shortest time for finishing the order of the customer will be get at the same time.Finally, set the supply chain of a car seat factory as an example, make a validation analysis of all decision-making models of the delay strategy implemented architecture in the supply chain.The results show that: In accordance with this architecture, implementing the delay strategies in the entire supply chain, can effectively solve the problems that fluctuations of customer needs and low productivity. |
