In recent years, as the improvement of people’s living quality, people’s demand formaterial be rapidly changed,and the product life cycle is becoming more and more short.Meanwhile failure in timely and effective supply raw and processed materials ofen appearin the manufacture of short life cycle of products.under this background and projects ofNational Natural Science Foundation(Item number:71171071), this paper analyse thecauses of the interrupt in supply chain production which leading to downstream productioncan’t go on and how to solve this problem. In the environment of understanding the shortlife cycle products and other products have difference, this paper put forward the idea thatthe production scheduling shall be based on supply chain short life cycle products andproduction characteristics. This paper mainly work as follows:1、The research about the short life cycle products, supply chain production schedulingresearch status at home and abroad. put forward the idea that the production schedulingshall be based on supply chain short life cycle products and production characteristics,anddescribe the significance of this topic.2、Analysed characteristics and production characteristics of short life cycle products,and expound under the environment of supply chain, that characteristic and overall benefitmust be followed in the short life cycle products’ production.3、According to the production requirements above,builded a flexible job-shopscheduling mathematical model.4、Design a hybrid genetic algorithm mixtured of tabu search, avoid the remaininglocal optima of GA, next step is make simulation for the problem, and got the productionarrangement results which could provide help to the supply chain.
