Internet-based networking value-added applications (for example, e-commerce and e-government) develop quickly. These applications pose new requirement to information security. Public-key cryptography theory is considered to be the most feasible and most effective method to solve information security problems in large and open networking environment. With design and development of an figure and secure electronic seal system , some key technologies on implementing a visual, secure, reliable, scalable and accountable PKI system are both theoretically and practically conducted in this thesis.The paper presents the definition of electronic signature and analyzes the procedure of implement and secure base. Meanwhile; it reviews the main procedure and research ways of abstract arithmetic. After analyzing and researching current technology in digital signature and image disposal, we propose an electronic seal signature technology based on PKI/CA and discuss its theory model, technology structure and procedure, etc. At last, the paper analyzes and researches the system of secure, reliability, convenience.The paper has finished the following works:1. The paper analyzes the main drawbacks of current information security, discusses the main techniques of solving these problems, and proposes an electronic seal model based on PKI/CA.2. Based on our systemic model of information security, we design an electronic seal system. The system is composed of several components, the disigns and implementations of which are described in detail.The analysis about the security of the system of the conventional seals.3. The paper summarizes benefits and advantages of applying FSESS on authentication and authorization. Based on our own research results, we put forward developing trends and main research directions.
